Booking Disclaimer

By booking a session, you understand and agree that:

  • My services are spiritual/energetic in nature and are not a substitute for veterinary or medical care.

  • I do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee results.

  • You are responsible for your own choices and for the ongoing care of yourself and your animal(s).

  • If you are booking for yourself and you have a health issue, you should consult a qualified medical practitioner.

  • If you are booking for an animal who has a health or behavioural issue, you should consult a qualified veterinarian or professional trainer.

  • Sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place.

I believe in creating a safe, supportive space for you and your animals. The following Terms & Conditions are here simply to set clear expectations, protect both of us, and make sure you know exactly what my services involve (and what they don't).

Please know that everything I offer comes from a place of care, respect, and integrity. These sessions are meant to complement — not replace — the important role of veterinarians, trainers, and other qualified professionals in you and your animal's life.

Services Provided

  • I offer animal communication and energy healing sessions intended for personal growth, insight, and well-being.

  • These services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical or veterinary care, professional training, or medical treatments.

  • I do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee specific outcomes.

Client Responsibility

  • By booking a session, you confirm that you are the legal guardian of the animal(s) discussed.

  • You agree to continue appropriate veterinary care and to seek professional advice for any medical, behavioural, or emergency concerns.

  • Any choices or actions you take following a session are your sole responsibility.

Session Policies

  • Sessions are conducted via pre-booking then an emailed audio script for distance sessions.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable connection at your end if we connect online as part of your appointment.

  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at time of booking the session.

  • Refunds are not available once a session has taken place.

Confidentiality

  • All sessions are private and confidential.

  • I will not share personal or animal information without your consent, unless required by law.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Energy healing and animal communication are spiritual and intuitive practices; results may vary from person to person and animal to animal.

  • I make no guarantees, expressed or implied, about the effectiveness of the services.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from your use of these services.
